We have received your reservation. Below you will find a summary of our terms and conditions.Payment: Full payment of your stay is required upon check-in. Alternatively, we need the imprint of your credit card to guarantee payment during your stay. Travelers checks, personal checks or cash in foreign currency are not accepted for payment.Confirmation: Confirmations received by e-mail will be processed and confirmed within 24 hours. The reservation is considered provisional until the hotel confirms the acceptance of the reservation. We confirm the booking by email specifying the details of the booking.Cancellation: Cancellations and changes must be made in writing. We do not accept cancellations or reservation changes over the phone or in person. A confirmed reservation may be canceled or modified up to 3 full days before the scheduled arrival date (for example, if you book on June 25, you have until 9pm French time to cancel without charge). In case of non-arrival the same day (no show) or cancellation (or modification) less than 3 days and up to 1 day before arrival, your credit card will be charged the amount of the first night. From the day of arrival, the booking can not be canceled or modified and full payment of the number of nights confirmed at the time of booking will be charged. Reservations made less than 3 days before the date of arrival can not be canceled or modified. Thanks for your understanding.
